This role focuses on the design and execution of IT systems architecture that aligns with business objectives, specifically for a comprehensive program aimed at transitioning the current SAP ERP system to S4/HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in process flow analysis and redesign in collaboration with Business and IT Product Owners.
2. Develop a comprehensive functional design document that aligns with client needs.
3. Work closely with Developers and Engineers to establish effective technical strategies and designs.
4. Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements, define solutions, and articulate the business advantages and use cases.
5. Aid the business in assessing the implications of modifications to existing architecture.
6. Create technical specifications for custom development and systems integration.
7. Design workflows and rules to streamline manual processes.
8. Maintain thorough documentation related to systems, including business requirements, process flows, and configuration worksheets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including implementation and upgrade projects.
- Proficient in requirements gathering and design documentation.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective solution designs.
- Strong questioning skills to define solutions accurately.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, and SCRUM.
- Expertise in designing architectures that facilitate integrated transaction and collaborative solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the utility sector is advantageous.
