Behavior Nation is on the lookout for a skilled Operations Ninja to manage the administrative functions within our healthcare setting. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee insurance verification processes for services rendered
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments and preparation of patient documentation
  • Manage end-of-day operational closing tasks
  • Address and resolve complaints from patients and staff
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Maintain office inventory and manage employee schedules
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to enhance communication
  • Provide mentorship and conduct performance evaluations
  • Drive team performance and financial literacy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize patient and employee experiences
  • Supervise human resources and staff management
  • Ensure effective patient flow and adherence to treatment protocols
  • Manage financial operations and clinician credentialing processes

  • Potential for after-hours projects and travel as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in practice management
  • Previous experience in medical practice management and billing
  • Knowledge of billing regulations, EMR systems, and HIPAA compliance
  • Experience in practice growth with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective structures and processes
