We are looking for a meticulous and organized Financial Operations Administrator to become a part of our finance department. The successful candidate will deliver administrative assistance for a variety of financial tasks, ensuring effective and seamless financial processes. This position plays a vital role in upholding precise financial documentation and bolstering the overall fiscal well-being of the organization.

Primary Duties:
Facilitate accounts payable operations, which includes processing invoices, matching, batching, coding, and preparing payments.

Assist with accounts receivable activities, such as generating invoices, collecting payments, and managing aging reports.

Maintain and revise financial records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.

Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely remuneration for employees.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.

Generate and distribute financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Address vendor and client inquiries, resolving discrepancies and providing necessary documentation.

Assist with audits by preparing and supplying required documentation.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.

Demonstrated experience as a Financial Operations Administrator or in a comparable role.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.

Capacity to manage confidential information with discretion.
