Job Description:

Mabbly is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to help drive revenue growth by nurturing inbound leads and generating outbound leads. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Team and the Leadership Team to improve the quality and quantity of inbound leads and to develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound: Capitalize and maximize inbound leads which has been our strongest new business stream to date.  Receive and reply to qualified inbound leads expeditiously, efficiently and effectively and remain the primary point of contact for the prospective client. Nurture relationships through scheduled and structured check-in and follow ups over the months and years.   
  • Outbound: Actively seek out and pursue new potential clients with a goal of achieving $3 million in new deals. Outbound efforts may include but are not limited to cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging and attending conferences and networking events. Collaborate with the Mabbly Marketing team to develop and deploy outbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Sales operations: Create, manage and optimize the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals with more involvement from leadership and Group Directors later in the process. This includes aligning on goals and KPIs for inbound (marketing) and outbound (sales) efforts and initiatives. Present data, analytics and trackable sales metrics to the leadership team as decided upon with action plans and milestones. 
  • Understand Mabbly: Master the  articulation of what Mabbly does and get the lead through the vetting process and as far down the field as possible before involving SMEs and require their time and focus. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Improve the quality and quantity of inbound leads through collaboration on marketing campaigns and strategies. As well as nurturing leads that did not close or were not interested in our services during that time but are qualified leads.
  • Customized solutions: Through your deep understanding of Mabbly’s services and unique offering, collaborate with the Mabbly team to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Achieve sales goals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to remain at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain them over time.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in Hubspot or other CRM software is a plus.
