Are you a Sales Support expert looking to manage and progress in a high performing sales team, ensuring for fluidity and continued success for an international giant?
On offer is a dynamic opportunity that puts you in control of organizing the sales department and having a birds eye view overview of the process.
This company are going through a period of expansion and are looking for a Sales Support Admin Supervisor to progress with their growth. This company are incredibly stable and offer an industry leading excellent health and benefits package, alongside a generous hourly rate and up to $9,000 sales bonus annually.
In this role, you will be assisting the EVP in developing the yearly sales strategy, aiding in crafting sales pitches, organizing sales gatherings, managing administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations for the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to resolve any issues that arise.
This role would suit an ambitious individual looking to break into the world of management sales and develop their organizational and business background within a corporate setting. There is the opportunity to progress directly into a Sales Management role or Account Management
The Role:
- Working directly with senior leadership
- Creating and preparing presentations for annual sales meetings
- Collaborating with cross functional teams
The Person:
- Organized individual with business and sales acumen
- Expert with Microsoft Excel and the input of data/ ERP/ Power BI
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently
