As a Pricing/Rebate Specialist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Customer Service teams in handling price/rebate requests and conducting audits on customer data. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Sales teams to address any potential issues or conflicts, and participate in business reviews to track and communicate key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough audits on customer data to ensure accuracy and uploading it into SAP
  • Working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to handle price/rebate requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with Sales teams to address any potential conflicts or issues
  • Participating in business reviews to track and communicate key performance indicators
  • Performing data analysis and reviews using Excel to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a US accredited degree program with a commitment of at least 12 months for this internship
  • Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Statistics
  • Availability to work at our headquarters 3 days a week
  • Maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • At least a Sophomore standing in your academic program
  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
