In This Role:
You will collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to structure deals that meet customer needs while aligning with company objectives.

You will develop and maintain deal approval processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will analyze deal performance and provide insights to optimize pricing strategies and discounting practices.

You will serve as a project lead on pricing, licensing models, and contract terms to support sales teams in negotiations.

You will review and approve non-standard contract terms, including SLAs, data security requirements, and other customer-specific requests.

You will partner with sales operations to develop and maintain deal desk tools, templates, and training materials.

You will collaborate with product marketing and management to align pricing and packaging strategies with product roadmap and market demand.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline deal desk processes and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

You will partner with Sales Operations on pipeline reporting for leadership insight and necessary approvals and provide guard rails deal strategy, margin control, and non-standard requests.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
Proven experience in deal desk management, pricing strategy, or sales operations within a SaaS or technology company.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and contract negotiation best practices.

Familiarity with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and other sales enablement technologies.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
