We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a excellent background in customer service and administrative tasks, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves being the main point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience from order placement to product delivery. We value initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on inventory, pricing, shipping, product details, and more.
Efficiently manage customer orders received via phone, fax, and email, ensuring accuracy and clarity before processing.
Enter orders accurately into our computer system and coordinate with the warehouse to prepare and ship orders.
Confirm shipment details with the warehouse, finalize paperwork, and prepare orders for billing after dispatch.
Foster excellent relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience and feel valued in every interaction.
Support sales representatives by responding to various requests and providing necessary information.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in customer service within a similar industry.
Experience with order processing and familiarity with warehouse shipping procedures.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor in both phone and in-person interactions.
Proven ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations, such as meeting tight shipping deadlines and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail in data entry, document generation, and deadline management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Solid math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and shipping rates.
Reliable, fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
