Certified Waste Solutions based in Anaheim, CA, is a leading provider of recycling and waste solutions services. We are looking for experienced customer services representatives to assist our managers and sales representatives in the recycling and waste solutions divisions. These positions will provide customer service support to clients with requests and questions regarding their waste and recycling services at their sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails from customers with request for services.
- Assist Head of Sales, and Sales Representatives with account management activities.
- Work independently to provide all needed information for customers.
- Coordinate with dispatch, service contractors, sales and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Complete periodic sustainability and diversion reports for select clients.
- Onboard new clients – pickup hours, contacts, billing etc.
- Organize, schedule and plan electronic waste (e-waste) recycling events and pickups.
- Maintain / update customer contracts and customer activity in the CRM.
- Responsibilities performed 100% in office.
- Other project work as required.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service and administrative experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Professional with strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) with customers, vendors and the sales team.
- Attention-to-detail, proactive-mindset, and professional demeanor.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines. Well organized.
- Strong team-player and collaborator with capabilities to support the sales reps/business development team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the recycling and/or waste management industries preferred but not required.
