QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3 years of design experience working with an engineering firm, on minerals and metals projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Water Cad, XP Storm, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Understanding of geotechnical and hydrology reports.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations, codes, and standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Job Requirements:
- Authorization to lawfully work in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
