Position Overview

We are looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to contribute to our NAVFAC MIDLANT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced civil engineering expertise for the planning, design, and construction of facilities serving Navy, Marine Corps, and other Commands.
  • Engage with stakeholders and various disciplines to ensure seamless project coordination and integration.
  • Participate in diverse civil engineering initiatives, including site developments, roadways, airfields, and water supply systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering design is essential.
  • An ABET-accredited degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Familiarity with DOD and Navy specifications and standards is preferred.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to remain stationary for 60% of the time.
  • Light lifting of items under 10 lbs.
  • Willingness to work on-site during standard shifts.
