Our client is seeking an Office Admin/HR Coordinator for their Portland, OR office. This hybrid role covers an upcoming leave of absence, blending remote and in-office work. Responsibilities include supporting the Human Resource department, assisting with engagement and recruiting efforts, initiating onboarding and compliance processes for new hires, and maintaining the HRIS system (Workable) and filing systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, or Office Administrator, with proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Pay: $23.00/hr.
Location: Portland, OR. 97201 (Parking $14/day)
Schedule: 32-40hrs/week, Fridays optional.

Responsibilities of the Office Admin/HR Coordinator:
HR Administration:
Run the performance evaluation process (set deadlines, send email reminders, collect evaluatiions).
Recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, interview template prep, drafting offer letters, running background checks).
Onboarding coordination (set orientation schedules, connect with IT to prepare new hire equipment and accounts).
Benefits enrollments.

Office support:
Place lunch orders as needed.
Order supplies as needed.
Assist with in office events (booking conference rooms, setting up the space, making coffee, welcoming guests, etc.).

Projects:
Personnel file audit.

Other:
Scanning paper personnel files to electronic.
Tracking deadlines.
Comfortable with teams, SharePoint, a little bit of Excel.

Requirements of the Office Admin/HR Coordinator:
2+ years in Human Resources support roles / Office Administrator or recruitment coordination roles.
Compiling meeting minutes.
ATS System - Workable (preferred)
1+ year: SharePoint , MS Teams, Excel
