Monitors progress of the projects by establishing records of timetables and deadlines and tracking completion.
Gathers and evaluates information to prepare a variety of reports.
Tabulates, reviews, and evaluates data for performance measurement systems.
Maintains databases and tracking spreadsheets for administrative activities.
Receives and tracks personnel actions and maintains the organizational charts.
Receives visitors and telephone calls using judgment to determine where to refer call or take care of personally.
Arranges appointments and conferences for supervisor based on a knowledge of work schedules and prior commitments.
