Description

The stunning oceanfront resort, The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, is looking to add an Overnight Communications Operator to their Front Office team. This breezy Hollywood Beach seaside retreat with award-winning restaurants and activities sits along the Diplomat Landing Marina and has 209,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor and outdoor event space. Ideal candidates will have a minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and has a passion for hospitality.

Shift Pattern: Overnight, 11pm-7:30am, weekends and holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Communications Operator, you would be responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc. RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
