Your Impact

The Experienced Community Association Leader contributes to the growth of the company by:
  • Serving as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as necessary.
  • Visiting client associations to participate in board meetings, conduct inspections, perform walk-throughs, and attend community events as required.
  • Preparing annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statement packages for homeowners, ensuring timely distribution in accordance with state statutes or governing documents.
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports and submitting management summaries to the Association Board of Directors.
  • Providing guidance and recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding significant capital expenditures to maintain community standards and operations.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid FL Community Association Manager License (LCAM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality, or related fields
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in community property management, working with boards and homeowners associations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing team members
  • Strong command of business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)
  • Expertise in Customer Service and conflict resolution
  • Able to collaborate effectively with others in both individual and group settings
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing time, and meeting deadlines
  • Effective and professional communication skills via phone, email, and in-person interactions
