About the job

Franke Home Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, the key focus will be Graphic Designing. You will play a key part in maintaining and elevating our portfolio of brands across multiple channels. You will manage and create visual content for various design projects, including product catalogs, brochures, packaging, presentations, social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms. Additionally, you will oversee the organization of all design assets to ensure consistency and quality for our portfolio of brands. 

Your tasks
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for print collateral, digital assets, product, and promotional materials. 
  • Develop designs for catalogs, brochures, flyers, presentations, trade shows, websites, product packaging, manuals, and visuals for e-commerce platforms and social networks. 
  • Edit and enhance product photography, renderings, and drawings for various applications. 
  • Edit video footage to create compelling content for social media, websites, and presentations. 
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to our corporate brand guidelines across the Franke, Faber, and Kindred portfolios.  
  • Maintain organized design files and assets, contributing to the development and upkeep of the company's design library. 
  • Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand project requirements and target audiences to create designs that effectively communicate our brand message. 
  • Effectively manage deadlines and priorities while maintaining high-quality work. 
  • Additional marketing projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). 
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity, including both print and digital applications. 
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 
  • Basic understanding of web design principles and best practices. 
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering is a bonus. 
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional time management. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Demonstrates a curiosity for understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior. 
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Enthusiastic about learning and eager to give and receive feedback. 
Education & Experience
  • AS/AA degree in related field. 

  • Minimum two years’ prior related work experience. 

  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
