Description

Hilton Orlando, located off of International Drive near the Orange County Convention Center, seeks a Coordinator to join and support our Food & Beverage team. 

Shift Pattern:9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

    What will I be doing?

    Coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management.

    • Coordinates projects and activities for the Banquets, Culinary, and Food & Beverage Outlets Teams
    • Maintains communication across all departments
    • Answers the telephone and assists internal and external guests with requests
    • Writes correspondence on behalf of the department and performs other Admin duties for the department as required
    • Maintains detailed filing system for the department
    • Manages purchase requests for the department in line with Hilton processes
    • Supports the department heads in managing departmental payroll, Time Off requests and payroll queries
    • Supports the department in welcoming new hires and required training and queries Requirements

      What are we looking for?

    • Should be able to utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete required projects for the departments
  • Perform word processing, typing, email, data-entry, filing, copying, and taking notes 
Ideally will have previous operational experience in hotel operations
