    Job Description

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of events and conferences across the Americas region.
Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, hotel room blocks, invitations, attendee registration, promotional items, booth setup, signage, shipping, speaker arrangements, presentations, and on-site management.Support various internal and external events, such as town halls, employee programs, client dinners, receptions, seminars, and industry sponsorships.Collaborate with business leaders to identify marketing and conference opportunities that align with their objectives.Manage the allocation and distribution of sporting and event tickets.Oversee event inventory and supplies.Provide branding, coordination, and execution support for Corporate Access conferences and marketing events.Maintain the event calendar, budget, and reporting.Communicate effectively with business partners to ensure sufficient lead times around each event.Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and other providers.Conduct post-event analysis by gathering feedback and creating action plans for improvement.Advise stakeholders on recommended sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and conference participation.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 2 years of experience in events and sponsorship management, with financial services industry experience being a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to align event planning with business goals.Proficiency in managing multiple events simultaneously.Experience with speaker selection, contract negotiation, and project management.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Exceptional professionalism and confidence in communicating with senior leadership.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning/management tools.Willingness to travel up to 10% for on-site event support.Flexibility to support global event requirements as needed.
