Contract Duration: 18 Months
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Technology workforce / resource management experience Process Management - ability to model process flows and drive process integration and improvement Advanced Excel Senior resource with excellent communication and presentation skills.
What You Will Be Doing Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Will represent our department to central process teams as well as be a primary point of contact to our managers and business services leads. Will own end-to-end process for resource/workforce planning, requisition approvals, attrition tracking, EI tracking, Workforce metrics and hygiene.
