This role is based in Orange County

 

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Identify areas for partnerships and sponsorships as well as ideal companies to partner with across a variety of industries
  • Ensure target companies align with companyâs objectives and values
  • Create compelling proposals which benefit both parties
  • Lead all contract negotiations
  • Continue to serve as main point of contact for sponsors, adhere to pre-determined timelines and ensure deliverables meet / exceed expectations
  • Continuously analyze results in order to adjust as needed
  • Manage all budgets and expenses for related projects
  • Present to key internal stakeholders on a monthly basis highlighting key accomplishments and pipeline
  • Superior communication, organization and relationship building skills
  • Must have creative and effective sales strategies
  • A self-starter who is hungry and driven to continuously outperform
  • 10+ years sales experience

 

 

This role requires working onsite in the office as well as traveling as needed. The compensation for this position is base + commission. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications but is generally in the $100-130K range.
