Key Responsibilities:The Chief of Staff should be able to handle multiple priorities and will be involved with all facets of the company, including:
  • Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, assisting in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Operational Oversight: Streamline operations and enhance communication across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Business Development: Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, researching industry trends, and expanding our client base. Collaborate with the sales to craft and implement targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Client Outreach: Actively engage with prospective clients through strategic scheduling of presentations and meetings, and develop persuasive pitches to secure new partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships with clients and industry partners, serve as the primary liaison to meet client needs, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze client data to deliver detailed reports on course engagement and outcomes. Use your data-driven insights to recommend a course of action for improvement.
  • Content Customization: Collaborate with content teams to tailor educational materials to align with specific client objectives, integrating feedback to continuously refine offerings.
  • Industry Engagement: Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations to maintain and strengthen client relationships and business strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a closely related field preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a strategic or executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of sports marketing and client engagement; experience in sales support is a plus.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Sports: A deep passion for and understanding of the professional sports landscape.
    Bias toward Action: Resourcefulness, scrappiness, and proven ability to execute projects to completion.
