Sr. Human Resource Coordinator

Long Term Temporary Opportunity

Renewal by Andersen has a newly created opportunity for an experienced and motivated Human Resource professional to fill a Long-Term Temporary Sr. HR Coordinator. In this role, you will be assisting an HR team of Sr. HRBPs and HR Manager in supporting two diverse groups of internal business partners (750+ employees).

Our culture Puts People First and Fast is as Slow as we Go. This role will support our employees by timely responding to policy inquiries and helping to direct colleagues to appropriate resources. The successful candidate will provide their expertise in preparing internal offer and promotion letters, acting as the employee record custodian through electronic filing and maintaining supporting databases (Word,Excel, Teams). The role is responsible for coordinating and planning employee events and special meetings.

**Hybrid role that requires being in office three day each week** This position is currently a temporary role expected to last through the end of 2024.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintenance and filing of personnel files in compliance with records retention policy and applicable legal requirements. Troubleshooting associate issues relating to payroll, timekeeping, and benefits.

* Visible and accessible to all associates, providing policy clarification, answering routine HR-related inquiries, creating internal offer letters, and conducting assigned exit interviews.

* Supports employees with medical leave related questions and paperwork, coordinating with DMS (Disability Management Services).

* Initial intake for employee relations issues.

* Coordinates various meetings, including scheduling, invitations, room arrangements, lunches, maintaining attendance records, compiles notes and data from meetings.

* Maintains various human resources databases and spreadsheet files.

* Manage employment (internal movement and rehire eligibility) verifications.

* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

* BA/BS degree in Human Resources or similar discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience with minimum of 3-5 years' experience in progressive HR support role.

* Highly motivated with ability to proactively provide support.

* Capable of independently managing multiple tasks/projects in a professional, efficient manner

* Excellent customer service & follow-through skills.

* MS office (excel, word and outlook) skills.

* Experience with Peoplesoft/Oracle and Kronos applications.

* Strong at sorting and organizing information to develop informative clear communication vehicles.

* Ability to exercise sound judgement and strict confidentiality standards.

* Maintenance and filing of personnel files in compliance with records retention policy and applicable legal requirements. Troubleshooting associate issues relating to payroll, timekeeping, and benefits.
