We are excited to announce an opening for a Human Resources Operations Coordinator within our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing operational support for human resources and acts as a collaborative partner to ensure that compliance and access governance standards are upheld for resource management.
In this position, you will leverage your bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with over three years of expertise in human resources, operational support, project management, or a related field. Your primary focus will be on managing employee and contingent worker access governance, which includes onboarding and offboarding processes, technology utilization, compliance training coordination, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders regarding human resources needs. Additionally, you will assist in the collection, organization, management, and analysis of workforce data to align with business objectives and facilitate informed, data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following attributes:
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and quality assurance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong follow-up capabilities to ensure completion of tasks.
- Ability to identify trends in requests and departmental needs to support timely processing.
- Customer service-focused with a commitment to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proficient in coordinating and managing expectations and inquiries from various stakeholders.
- A curious mindset with the confidence to ask questions and challenge inconsistencies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of handling multiple projects with differing deadlines.
- Judicious in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Proven experience in building strong relationships and collaborating across functions.
- Familiarity with policy application and optimization, as well as supporting compliance programs is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Workday or similar systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and understand program technologies and their implications.
