Food & Beverage Attendant Overview:

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while allowing our guests a special dining experience, with a smile as you greet guests to explaining the menu offerings, take food and drink orders, you deliver a high level of service that exceeds our customers expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome and connects with every customer. Discover customer's needs and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will

enjoy.

Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or Hotel functions and services.

Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS system.

Maintain a presentable food display and making necessary additions/ changes to food.

Perform running side work and opening & closing duties throughout your shift as required by service station assignment.

Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.

Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable)

Teamwork -- Offer or ask for help to your fellow team members as situations arise.

Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills. Pleasant and friendly demeanor. Able to work as a team and independently. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to follow instructions.
