We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Spare Time Entertainment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Promote our location's features and upcoming events to guests.
  • Patrol assigned section to respond to guests' needs and take action to correct any problems.
  • Review guests' identification and monitor alcohol consumption, adhering to our company policy, state policy, and law.
  • Assist with food preparation, when necessary, and adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
  • Operate the POS System accurately, ringing orders, providing guests with their bill, collecting payments, and making change.
  • Complete shift opening and closing duties, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate any inventory shortages to supervisor and maintain current certifications required by state and those offered by Spare Time Entertainment.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous waitstaff experience preferred.
  • SERVSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred or required if mandated by the state.
