The Political Education Associate works with the Political Strategy & Campaigns Director to manage AIPAC's national political education efforts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keep up on political news impacting Congress and the Executive Branch and remain informed on national political trends.
  • Track political developments to write political updates for use by colleagues and lay leaders.
  • Produce materials for colleagues to use in national and regional political briefings.
  • Maintain knowledge of congressional races to manage databases and update information systems on congressional candidates, polling, fundraising, and other race-related data.
  • Schedule candidate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Other departmental responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate experience.
  • 1-3 years of campaign or political experience
  • A strong commitment to the US-Israel relationship
  • Basic understanding of politics and the Middle East
  • Superior writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail

AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary for the position between $55,000.00 and $70,000.00. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate's skills and experience match the requirements for the role. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees' overall total compensation package. We are currently working remotely two days a week and in our offices the other three. AIPAC is an equal-opportunity employer.
