European Politics Professorship at Johns Hopkins University

The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a tenured professor of European politics to join its faculty at the SAIS Europe campus in Bologna, Italy.

The successful candidate will have a strong research agenda, a proven track record of publication, and a commitment to teaching excellence. They will be expected to teach primarily in the master's programs in International Affairs and European Public Policy, with a teaching load of 3 classes per academic year.

The ideal candidate will have a background in political science, sociology, history, or related disciplines, and will be able to contribute to the development of the SAIS Europe curriculum. They will also be expected to engage in policy-relevant research and to participate in the public square.
