Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to oversee our healthcare service delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Network Management Protocols and UiPath along with domain experience in Provider and Payer sectors. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
