Experience Services Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Experience Services Community Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the experience program at the client site, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to all requests and issues within one day of receipt, including personal follow-up to ensure questions/requests are answered.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues (FM, Engineering, Project Mgmt.) and vendors to support the functionality of the workspace, ensuring services are delivered within SLA's and compliant with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Be recognized and identified as the go-to or host of the office, greeting colleagues, using names when possible, and visibly engaged to build meaningful relationships and develop trusted advisor status with colleagues.
- Administer workplace policies (clean desk, appropriate use of space, etc.) and perform additional duties as assigned by Experience Manager or Client.
- Proven experience in client services, community management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
