What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis for teams and classes
- Design and develop training courses and curriculum, managing projects with subject matter experts
- Deliver training sessions using strong facilitation skills, adjusting content based on audience engagement
- Create assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement
- Participate in organizational development activities related to performance management and workplace improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of relevant, progressive work experience in training development for adults
- Strong project management and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, HR, ISD, OD, Business or related field (preferred)
- Extensive industry expertise may substitute for formal education
