You will research and recommend avenues for student recruitment and enrollment within the region to benefit the university and will be expected to maintain accurate records in Salesforce, manage current applicant files, and stay up to date on college policies. Other duties include following up with prospective students to discuss individual interests and to answer any questions.

Responsibilities include ensuring events are planned and completed; attending conferences for recruitment; covering LiveAgent shifts, tours, and meetings on campus; mentoring new staff members; and regularly providing feedback/ideas to admission leadership. You will also ensure use of SCAD alumni and parent ambassadors in recruitment. As the associate director, you will prepare electronic material submissions on behalf of students, record and track their documents, and proactively communicate with them to offer assistance. Additionally, during all orientation sessions you are responsible for handling staffing needs. The ideal candidate can deliver engaging and creative presentations, plan and coordinate travel, and travel extensively to strategically identified high schools.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Strong organizational, writing, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently

Valid driver's license

Travel required: 

Over 50%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
