Sales Manager

Ketelsen RV in Hiawatha is expanding our sales team and we’re looking for a top-performing Sales Professional that’s ready to dive right in and lead a team. At Ketelsen RV you’ll be part of an environment that is always eager to learn, practice and challenge; and you’ll establish a long career in customer satisfaction. Previous management and sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to quickly and efficiently find solutions for the customers' camping needs.
  • Be able to quickly and efficiently evaluate/make offer on used campers at time of negotiation
  • Have a desire to provide the best possible shopping experience for the customer.
  • Work alongside your team members to help the sales process be more seamless and streamlined.
  • Ensure the products we are selling are sale-ready when our customers arrive.
  • Work within our CRM system to help track the progress of our sales team.
  • Remain willing to learn and grow as you participate in daily training activities.
  • Lead team to reach monthly set sales goals.
  • Ability to give & receive constructive critisim.
  • Motivated to move at a rapid sales pace.

  • Prior customer support and/or customer success experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate thoughts
  • Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct
