The Product Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and management of products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining milestones and timelines for product development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies

Product Development: 
Assist with the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
User Experience and Design:
Advocate for the importance of user experience and usability in product development

Metrics and Performance:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product launches
Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features

Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders, including executives

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, management information systems, marketing or a related field is required
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements 
Experience in product lifecycle management
~ Background in software development and web technologies
~ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
~ High attention to detail and quality
~ Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
~ Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
~ Experience with user research and usability testing
~ Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
~ Basic knowledge of product and project management software tools preferred
