Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Broadband Consultants in various in-person distribution locations, providing guidance and support to ensure high activation rates and compliance with the 90-day customer retention requirement.
  • Training and Development: Train and support team members on the enrollment process, product benefits, and customer interaction techniques, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate directly in customer enrollments to provide firsthand sales experiences and insights, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Logistics: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in campaign execution, handling logistical aspects of campaign management, including scheduling, location setup, and material distribution.
