  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure high-quality products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience in equipment assembly or general commercial industry
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft 365/Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Lean, 5S, ISO, Kaizen
