As a Home Health PT, you’ll help patients regain their strength, manage their pain and reach their goals in a home setting where therapy is customized to their daily lives. Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals based out of our Manchester, New Hampshire office. We pride ourselves on our well-respected Rehabilitation Team; As the nation’s first home care company, Interim HealthCare® understands the value of home-based care to individuals struggling with strength and mobility challenges. The ideal candidate will hold a valid PT License in the State of New Hampshire. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired)
