Regional Human Resources Director

Blue Compass RV is seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
The Role:The Regional Human Resources Director will oversee the HR operations across multiple locations in the Eastern region, requiring up to 75% travel. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention, supporting this mission as a strategic operational partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee HR operations across multiple locations, including disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training.
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs and develop best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conduct research and analyze organizational trends, including reports and metrics from the HRIS or talent management system.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
- Build relationships across all levels of the workforce, fostering engagement and communication.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of five years of human resource management experience required.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
- Experience in managing HR operations across multiple locations is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
