Regional Human Resources Director

Blue Compass RV is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our regional HR operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies to support them
  • Plan, lead, and implement HR programs and initiatives to drive compliance, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Administer HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Build relationships with leadership and employees across the organization, fostering a culture of engagement and communication
  • Conduct research and analyze organizational trends to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience, preferably in a retail or automotive industry
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
