As a Billing Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in interacting with our customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with billing-related issues.
* Hours: 40 hours/week (non-exempt), Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and to accommodate your needs, you can start as early as 7 am and finish accordingly.

Interact with patients via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on billing issues.
* Field customer questions and complaints, escalating to specialists or managers when necessary.
* Maintain customer accounts and records, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.
* Assist customers with financial hardship questions and applications.
* Process patient payments and assist with accounts receivable tasks.
No prior experience required; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
