**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Title and Registration Processing**: Handle the paperwork and documentation required for vehicle titles, registrations, and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **DMV Compliance**: Ensure that all title and registration documents are in compliance with state and local DMV regulations and guidelines.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with title and registration inquiries, explaining processes, and addressing any concerns.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all title and registration transactions, both in physical and digital formats.
- **Data Entry**: Enter and update customer and vehicle information into the dealership's computer systems with precision.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the dealership's sales, finance, and administrative teams to ensure seamless and timely completion of paperwork for vehicle sales.
- **Documentation Verification**: Verify the accuracy of all documentation, including bills of sale, lien releases, and purchase orders.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports and summaries related to title and registration activities as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Registry Clerk / Title Clerk within an automotive dealership.
- Knowledge of DMV regulations, title processing, and vehicle registration procedures.
- Proficient in EVR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
