Position Information: As a Billing Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in interacting with our customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with billing-related issues.

  • Hours: 40 hours/week (non-exempt), Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and to accommodate your needs, you can start as early as 7 am and finish accordingly.
  • Starting Pay Rate: Market comparable (Depending on Qualifications)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with patients via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on billing issues.
  • Field customer questions and complaints, escalating to specialists or managers when necessary.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.
  • Take appropriate actions to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
  • Review patient credit balances and initiate refund requests.
  • Assist customers with financial hardship questions and applications.
  • Process patient payments and assist with accounts receivable tasks.

Qualification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
