*Set appointments via inbound/outbound calls from our Call Center. Update patient demographics and pre-register in EPIC, training will be provided
* Capture, enter and report data accurately to management
* Ensure services are provided in a timely manner
* Ensure key performance indicators are met
* Work on special projects and assignments as needed
*Excellent computer and typing skills required
* Manage telephone and computer simultaneously
* Ability to work independently or with little supervision
* Ability to provide high level of customer service and satisfaction
