Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and clients through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set appointments and schedule medical services for patients via phone calls
  • Update patient demographics and pre-register patients in our electronic health record system (EPIC)
  • Capture, enter, and report data accurately to management to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and meet key performance indicators
  • Identify and report discrepancies to supervisors to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as needed to support the team's goals
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-level customer service
  • Strong computer and typing skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High school degree or equivalent required; experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve to meet the needs of patients and clients
