The Equipment Support Specialist, working under the direction of the Equipment Program Manager, is responsible for multiple aspects of customer service, sales and technical assistance for both MWI customers and MWI sales staff.
Responsible for responding to inquiries from sales associates and customers regarding equipment recommendations and pricing
Act as the primary point of contact in directing the MWI sales staff as to what equipment sales resources are available and how to best access these resources
As needed, assist in special projects as assigned by team leadership
Maintain and develop equipment website content
Associate’s degree in veterinary technology or bachelor’s degree in an animal health field is preferred, but not required
Three or more years' experience working in a veterinary clinic or two or more years in a call center environment with an animal health products distributor or manufacturer is necessary
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is needed; identifies opportunities presented by changes and shifts in the marketplace
