This position is located in the greater Seattle area and works through a hybrid work environment, with a minimum 2 days in the Seattle office.
Learning and Development Business Partner
Partner with HR, Leaders, and Stakeholders to plan a cohesive learning strategy for the organization that bridges gaps between business goals and employee development.
Design and develop concise, engaging, and effective training materials and lead sessions that enable learners to apply what they have learned into day-to-day workflows to improve job performance.
Develop and deliver technical departmental training curriculum for Claims, Operations, Underwriting.
Develop and deliver skills-based training across the organization.
Use a combination of delivery methods for trainings – virtual, in person, asynchronous, etc.
Track, report, and evaluate training programs for participation and effectiveness; 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, applying adult learning principles to professional development.
Experience in Claims or Underwriting
Proven experience in instructional design and content creation.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
Strong research, planning, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Deep understanding of learning and performance principles, including e-learning, learning management systems, and instructional design.
Flexible hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in Seattle office required)
