Together, our teammates create value in specialty care by aligning physicians, health plans and health systems around a common goal: delivering on the quadruple aim of high-quality outcomes and a better experience for patients and providers, all at a lower total cost of care.
We lead the industry in value-based payment solutions through our Global 1 bundled payment convener, that provides easy predictable billing to patients.
We help physicians address everything beyond surgical procedures, including anesthesia and ancillary service lines.
The Director of Business Development will work in collaboration with Business Development Leadership, SCA Operation Teams, and Facility Teams to become the marketplace expert and help drive growth in the region. The position targets physicians and key facility staff to build productive relationships and drive incremental surgical case volume into SCA’s network of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). Conduct thorough analysis of physicians in assigned geography to identify and assess potential growth opportunities.
Works as a team with Business Development leadership, Operations, and facility leadership to create and execute strategic growth plans.
Understands, collaborates, and influences which cases can be migrated to SCA facilities from hospital or competing ASC.
Leads and organizes physician onboarding and credentialing process with facility teams.
Bachelor’s Degree
5 Year Minimum Experience in Healthcare with Proven Track Record in Business Development or Sales Related Role
Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) experience Preferred.
