The Office of Enrollment Management Operations is responsible for coordinating all internal and external communications, fulfillment activities, prospects management, applications management, and enrollment data management for the division of enrollment management. The Director of Enrollment Management Systems & Operations is a critical leadership position within the Enrollment Management division. The Director leads the team responsible for the administration of the day-to-day processes and client support of the student enrollment system and admission CRM. This leader will direct their team members in the successful installation, integration, maintenance, and administration of the enrollment system. This role will also oversee the team responsible for undergraduate and graduate admission related use of the PeopleSoft Student Information System and ImageNow, including all internal and external communication distribution systems, and the development of forms and other documents to support recruitment, enrollment, and data analysis processes. Oversee and lead the team responsible for the administration of major daily processes and production support for the Office of Enrollment Management to achieve maximum productivity and quality of service.
• Oversee and lead the team responsible for the establishment of and monitoring of e-recruitment, publication and fulfillment activities in collaboration with all levels of the organization.
• Lead and coach a team of professional staff to accomplish strategic goals in support of the Office of Enrollment Management by cultivating optimal team dynamics, monitoring performance benchmarks, and encouraging ongoing professional development.
• Oversee the integrity, reliability, and security of enrollment data. Analyze and test critical application patches.
• Design and implement portions of the University’s enrollment, admissions operations and imaging systems consistent with upper level decisions regarding Admissions and Financial Aid strategies.
• Lead projects and the supporting teams from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.
• Deliver high quality enhancement work products on time and within budget.
A Bachelor’s Degree and leadership experience is critical to this role. Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in using PeopleSoft or similar technology in Enrollment Management at an educational institution, or in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree 8 years’ experience, or an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years’ experience.
● Must possess working knowledge of relational databases and implemented products, tools.
● Must demonstrate skills in a variety of PeopleSoft techniques, methods, processes and practices.
● Experience using PeopleSoft (or similar student information system) is required.
● Experience setting up Admissions and or Financial Aid components of a student information system.
● Experience trouble-shooting and supporting PeopleSoft Admissions and or Financial Aid applications
● Query writing ability.
