As the Property Manager, you will be tasked with direct oversight of the safety and operation of our nine buildings, approximately 1,000,000 square foot office campus in Plano, Texas. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Workplace Services, you will ensure the daily operation of Fisher Investment facilities by applying your extensive knowledge of facility operations, property management, strategy development, and organizational leadership.
 
Respond to staff facility needs ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve facility related issues promptly
Maintain tenant, vendor and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, and more
Work with building engineers, facility technician staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items and preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Ensure regular property inspections are being completed, and recommend alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning. You will be the main contact for and oversee vendor services and operations
Be the primary contact with property owners and tenants to ensure needs are met
Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance, explaining variances
Prepare income statements, balance sheets and various other accounting statements or financial reports for management. Analyze accounting variances and prepare variance explanation reports
Work as a team and help provide guidance and reviews of all engineers, security, administrative, and accounting employees. 5+ years of commercial property and facilities management experience
~3+ years of commercial property accounting management experience
~ Experience leading teams and growing a facilities management organization
~ Demonstrated success managing relationships with vendors, tenants, and executive leadership
~ Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, facilities, or project management or a similar field. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
