Corporate Partnerships Sales Manager

Our client, a prominent DC sports organization, is looking for a Sales Manager to contribute to their growing Corporate Sponsorships team
About the Job:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to secure corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
- Research and identify opportunities for partnerships and conduct outreach to develop and maintain relationships.
- Collaborate internally to prepare proposals and contracts; conduct negotiations.
- Report on metrics, proposal status, and revenue.
- Serve as the point of contact for partners, providing high-level customer engagement, and ensure all partnership deliverables are fulfilled.
- Complete additional sales related tasks as necessary.
About You:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience is required for this position; preferably in corporate partnerships, media, or advertising.
- A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue while providing high-level customer service.
- Ability to work outside of traditional work hours as needed, and open to the possibility of light travel.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $70K-$75K base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, targeting OTE of $100K-$150K.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
