Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for driving the growth of our membership base and establishing strategic partnerships with venues and restaurants for our food related events. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a passion for culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales: Actively generate leads and engage potential members through various channels, explaining the benefits and exclusivity of our membership program. Ensure a smooth onboarding process that enhances member satisfaction and retention.

Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with local venues and restaurants that align with our brand's high standards and can host our food related events. Negotiate terms that benefit both parties and ensure a superior experience for our members.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners and members. Act as a point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or feedback to ensure a high level of service.

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our services. Support event marketing efforts to increase visibility and member engagement.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales and partnership activity against targets, providing regular reports to management. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and processes continually.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and local market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth and potential challenges.
